Reconnect w/ nature & community in a space of healing and empowerment on the farm. A holistic afternoon of asana, pranayama, & sound healing

Let's reconnect with the earth and with community.

Join us for an evening of deep restoration at the Peace Resource Center with Arif Collective. This is a holistic journey designed to bring you back to yourself while rooted in the heart of our growing farm community.

We invite you to unroll your mat and join us for our root to rise community movement, a 75 min immersive experience blending the wisdom of yogic practices with the healing vibrations of sound and somatic release.

Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or brand new to these modalities, this event offers a safe and nurturing space to release what no longer serves you and cultivate collective healing.

What to Expect:

🧘🏽‍♀️ Asana (movement)
We will begin with a gentle, all-levels asana practice. Guided by Nati, this slow-flow sequence is designed to wake up the body, release tension, and prepare the physical vessel for deeper work. Grounding our feet firmly into the earth, we will move in harmony.

🌬️ Pranayama (conscious breath)
Following movement, we will turn inward. You will be guided through specific pranayama (breath control) techniques to calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and center the mind. Learn simple techniques to take the peace of the farm home with you.

🪘 Sound Healing
Lie back and surrender as the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and chimes wash over you.

🌀 Collective Healing
We will conclude with a gentle somatic exercise to integrate the experience, followed by an optional community sharing circle. This is a space to witness and be witnessed, celebrating the power of healing together in a supportive community.

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat

  • Blanket or small cushion for comfort during sound healing (optional)

  • Water bottle

  • Layers (as we will be outdoors, temperatures may shift)

  • An open heart
